Job Description Applications are invited for the part-time position
Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics starting in August 2024 at Virginia Wesleyan University. A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or other closely related area is preferred. Candidates with a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics or Statistics will be considered. Experience in teaching college-level mathematics is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Teach lower-level mathematics classes. (Introductory Statistics, College Algebra or Precalculus)
- Comply with FERPA regulations.
- Coordinate with Academic Support Services as needed.
- The department will provide syllabi and other course materials as needed.
Qualifications :
- Ph.D. or Master's with at least 18 graduate hours in Mathematics or Statistics.
- Teaching experience is preferred.
