Job Description
General Summary:
The Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans for insurance companies, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect, and analyze data, collaborate with other providers, conduct caregiver training, report on treatment plan objectives and attend bi-weekly meetings.
Essential Needs:
Must be an Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Master's degree, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments, and functional behavior assessments.
Experience writing behavioral objectives and report writing.
A problem solver; thinks creatively, clinically, and commercially to find the best solutions.
