Job Title: Business Performance Analyst
Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: 6-month Contract
Work Type: Hybrid
Pay Range: $70 - $75/Hr

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Business Performance Analyst to join our team in Oakland, CA. As a Power Platform Expert, you'll be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative Power Apps, automate processes, and leverage advanced analytics to uncover valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Power Apps to streamline business processes.
• Master the art of Canvas and Model-driven apps to create tailored solutions.
• Leverage Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
• Harness the power of Dataverse to integrate data seamlessly and build efficient data models.
• Utilize SharePoint Online to create collaborative workspaces and document repositories.
• Employ advanced data analysis techniques using SQL and Power BI.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)
• Proven ability to design and develop complex Power Apps
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based technologies
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
