Your Opportunity
Herrera is seeking a Seattle employee to support regional hazardous waste and mine waste investigation and remediation projects. This position is a project support position executing work for professional services related to cleanup and/or containment of waste; CERCLA (Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act) and RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) compliance; performing sampling and analysis of soil, groundwater, and waste materials; conducting environmental monitoring; preparing written reports; and interacting with clients, contractors, and other consultants.
Working for public sector and private clients, the successful candidate will work with multi-disciplinary project teams to support complex projects and complete a variety of tasks using advanced problem solving, collaboration, and team leadership skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment and work closely with our staff in Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Wyoming.In this role we will count on you to:
