Looking for a dependable janitor to work at LAX Airport for customer contracts. More details will be given as you progress through the hiring process.
Job Title: Utility Agent
Job Responsibilities: Special Cleaning + Floor Care
Job Duties: High dusting, backpack vacuum, moving furniture, baseboard scrubbing, grout cleaning, carpet shampoo, carpet extraction, floor scrubbing, floor stripping, floor finishing, floor sealing, floor buffing, special cleaning (polishing carousel blades, cleaning air vents, wall washing, etc.)
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10:00PM-6:30AM , Thursday and Friday Off, Saturday 10:00PM-6:30AM; (Must be flexible on shifts and days)
Experience:
We are looking for someone with experience with Rotary floor machines, Extractors, Buffers, Burnishers, and Scrubbers.
Requirements:
1. 10 continuous years of EITHER or BOTH: employment or claimed as a spouse or dependent
a. Any gaps in time not covered by either of the above, will require documentation as proof for obtaining security clearance
b. Any periods of unemployment or financial aid must have accompanied documentation to qualify as proof for obtaining security clearance
2. At least 1 year of experience working with Rotary Floor Machines/Scrubbers, Buffers, Burnishers, and Extractors.
3. At least 1 year of experience in professional floor care
4. Able to work in the U.S.
5. Be able to pass criminal fingerprint check and background-check
6. Be able to obtain a US Customs Security Seal and LAX Airport Employee Security Badge
