Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Journeyman, Cabling Technicians and apprentices to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level technical service and support to our clients and internal team members. This role requires an individual experienced with Coax A/V Cabling, wireless, telecommunications, trenching, boring, aerial, burial line, pathway systems, industrial, transport systems, demolition, server rooms, and data centers. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology and eager to apply their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair Coax A/V Cabling, wireless, and telecommunications systems.
2. Execute trenching, boring, aerial, and burial line tasks in compliance with safety standards.
3. Design and implement pathway systems for various projects.
4. Work in different environments such as industrial and transport systems.
5. Conduct demolition tasks when necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
6. Manage server rooms and data centers, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
7. Collaborate with team members and clients to provide high-level technical support.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest possible standard.
9. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to your work.
10. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience with Coax A/V Cabling, wireless, telecommunications, trenching, boring, aerial, burial line, pathway systems, industrial, transport systems, demolition, server rooms, and data centers.
3. Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
7. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
8. Must have a strong commitment to safety and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Must be willing to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
10. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
