Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Intern who is fluent in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will support our Operations Department in various tasks, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our international teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management within a global context and to learn the latest industry knowledge of Data Center in Web3 infrastructure. This role can be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Facilitate communication between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking team members.
- Coordinate and attend late-night meetings with the China-based team leader.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Support the operations team in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, and management.
- Learn and apply the latest industry knowledge of Data Center in Web3 infrastructure.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Global Operations Partner.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work late hours to accommodate meetings with the China-based team.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in operations or related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
