Job Description
The Trainer designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans. Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware. Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions, using a variety of delivery media. Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials to enhance training.

- Prepare instructional materials from technical source data
- Present training materials to a large audience
- Evaluate training requirements for the system
- Create training objectives and goals
- Conduct customized training classes
- Develop training plans and the associated curricula
- Identify the resources necessary to implement the plan and ensure that training is conducted in accordance with the plan
Requirements - Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
- 5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
- Experience with administrating virtual training
- Ability to travel
- SIGINT and C++ experience
- Cleared Contingent (CCA) or Full Scope Poly Clearance
Qualifications - Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a similar degree or equivalent.
- A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to eight (8).
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
